3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and represent a legitimate business entity seeking commercial financing. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

5. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure includes:

• Assessment Fee: $250-$500 for initial application review
• Consulting Fee: $1,500-$2,500 for comprehensive financial analysis
• Success Fee: A percentage of the funded loan amount, disclosed prior to engagement

All fees are clearly disclosed before any services are rendered. Refund policies vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement.

6. No Guarantee of Funding

Important: Stalliongates Capital does not guarantee loan approval or funding. Lending decisions are made solely by our lending partners based on their underwriting criteria. We make no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of loan approval, interest rates, or loan terms.

7. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in all applications and communications. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services and may constitute fraud, which could result in legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Stalliongates Capital or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stalliongates Capital shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Decisions made by lending partners
• Delays or failures in loan processing
• Actions of third-party service providers

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stalliongates Capital, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
